Forms of Identification

We must have a valid ID before proceeding with the notarization.

We are able to do so by credible witness (the individual appearing before the notary public as the signer of the document is the person named in the document), but there will be an additional $ 15.00 fee assessed.

Please refer to the list to the right with the accepted forms identification in the state of California. It must be within the last five years. We will not be able to accept anything that has expired.

Acceptable forms of ID

  • State-issued driver's license

  • State-issued identification card

  • U.S. passport issued by the U.S. Department of State

  • U.S. military ID

  • State, county and local government IDs

  • Permanent resident card, or "green card," issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services*

  • ID deemed acceptable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security*

  • Inmate ID issued by the State Department of Corrections or Federal Bureau of Prisons, if the inmate is in state or federal custody*

  • Inmate ID issued by a county sheriff, if the inmate is in the custody of the county sheriff*

Pricing:

Our notary services are offered both in-office and through mobile visits to your home or business.

For in-office notarization, the fee is $15 per notarized signature. Similarly, for mobile notary services, whether at your residence or place of business, the fee remains $15 per notarized signature.

Additionally, mileage charges for mobile visits are negotiable and will be determined based on the location of the signing.
